Yizkor 5787 Tribute Submission

Thank you for helping us honor the memory of our loved ones during the Yom Kippur Yizkor service. At the Yom Kippur Yizkor service we honor the memories of loved ones by displaying and reading their names on a slideshow. 

To add one or more additional names or take part in this mitzvah for the first time, please continue on with this form.  If you wish to continue to have your previous year slides included, please contact Felicita Wight at coordinator@kolamivirgina.org.  

Your submission ensures they are remembered as part of our meaningful community slideshow. We suggest a $36 donation which can be included below.

Each form creates one tribute slide, which can include:
• Up to 4 names with a photo
• Up to 8 names without a photo

Your thoughtful submission helps us create a beautiful and respectful remembrance. We deeply appreciate your participation in honoring your loved ones.

If you'd like to honor more loved ones with separate tribute slides, please submit additional forms.

Please share the full name of your loved one, your relationship to them, and any short tribute or special sentiment you'd like included (up to 10 words).

You may list additional names in the next section. Once complete, please submit your labeled photo(s) below.

•Up to 4 names with a photo (each with a short sentiment, up to 10 words recommended; shorter if submitting multiple photos)

•Up to 8 names without photos, displayed in two columns, with one sentiment of up to 15 words.

• Save Your Photo: Use a PNG or JPEG file format.

• Label the File: Name the file with your loved one’s full name (e.g., JaneGood).

• Photo Quality: For best results, use a resolution of at least 1920x1080 pixels.
